Build a stable lead generation system for a legal and notary services company in Dubai and across the UAE. The advertising needed to target both Russian-speaking and English-speaking audiences throughout the UAE. The client’s target was to reach 20 qualified leads per week.
Where we started
At the beginning, the analytics were not set up correctly: the client attributed almost all incoming inquiries to advertising. After analyzing the data, we found that a significant share of inquiries was actually coming from organic search rather than paid campaigns. So the first step was to clean up the analytics:
set up tracking for key conversion goals;
structured data transfer into amoCRM;
separated paid and organic traffic sources;
rebuilt the Google Ads campaign structure.
What I did
Once the analytics were properly set up, I:
audited the advertising system;
researched the market and competitors;
identified the company’s key USPs;
developed an advertising strategy for both English-speaking and Russian-speaking audiences;
properly structured and set up Google Ads campaigns;
optimized campaigns for lead quality, not just inquiry volume.
The launch also took place during the UAE’s summer low season, which had to be taken into account when evaluating the project’s performance.
Results
20 qualified leads per week This was the KPI the client set at the beginning of the project. As a result, we successfully reached the target volume of qualified inquiries.
Outcome
First, we separated accurate data from incorrect attribution. Then we built the analytics, advertising campaign structure, and optimization system. As a result, advertising became a manageable and predictable lead generation channel, and the project reached the client’s target of 20 qualified leads per week.
